The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Template Food. We operate this website and provide digital food photo packs and editable design templates for restaurants and food businesses (the “Services”).


By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy [LINK].


If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

 

 

 

SECTION 1 – DIGITAL PRODUCTS

 


All products sold are digital products only.


No physical items will be shipped.


Products include:

 

  • High-resolution food photo packs

  • Editable Canva templates

  • Digital design assets

 


Upon successful payment, you receive instant access to download files or access your Canva template link.

 

 

 

SECTION 2 – LICENSE & PERMITTED USE

 


Upon purchase, you are granted a:

 

  • Non-exclusive

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-sublicensable commercial license

 


You may:

 

  • Use the photos and templates for your own business

  • Use them on social media, websites and delivery platforms

  • Modify templates in Canva

 


You may NOT:

 

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense or share the files

  • Upload them to marketplaces

  • Offer them as part of another digital product

  • Claim them as your own creation

 


Purchase does not transfer ownership.

 

 

 

SECTION 3 – CANVA TEMPLATE ACCESS

 


Canva template links are for the exclusive use of the purchaser.


You may not:

 

  • Share the template link

  • Publish the link publicly

  • Transfer access to third parties

  • Resell template access

 


We reserve the right to revoke access in case of misuse.

 

 

 

SECTION 4 – STRICT PROHIBITION OF RESELLING

 


You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or share our products:

 

  • On Etsy

  • On Creative Market

  • On Shopify stores

  • On marketplaces

  • In digital bundles

  • As stock content

  • As part of competing products

 


Any unauthorized redistribution is strictly prohibited.

 

 

 

SECTION 5 – AI & MACHINE LEARNING RESTRICTION

 


Our products may not be:

 

  • Used to train artificial intelligence systems

  • Uploaded to AI datasets

  • Used for machine learning

  • Integrated into generative AI tools

 


Unauthorized AI usage constitutes intellectual property infringement.

 

 

 

SECTION 6 – NO REFUNDS (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

 


Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.


Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds, returns or exchanges cannot be provided.


By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once access to the digital product has been granted.


If you experience technical issues, contact us within 7 days.

 

 

 

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 


All content, including but not limited to:

 

  • Photos

  • Templates

  • Designs

  • Branding

  • Text

 


is the exclusive property of Template Food and protected by international copyright laws.


Unauthorized use may result in:

 

  • Immediate license termination

  • Legal action

  • Financial damages claims

 


We actively monitor misuse.

 

 

 

SECTION 8 – ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

 


You are responsible for:

 

  • Maintaining your account security

  • Providing accurate information

  • Safeguarding downloaded files

 


We are not liable for file loss due to accidental deletion or unauthorized sharing.

 

 

 

SECTION 9 – PRICES & PAYMENT

 


Prices may change without notice.


Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and/or PayPal.


All transactions must be completed before access is granted.

 

 

 

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 


All products are provided “as is”.


We are not responsible for:

 

  • Business performance results

  • Platform algorithm changes

  • Third-party platform restrictions

 


To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
